Under the guidance of Master Rong Jun, the Group get started with the basic philosophy of Taiji through several basic exercises and practical Implementation in the Yang 24 form. Beginners as well as advanced learners could repeat and deepen all elements step by step. In addition to the interaction of yin and yang, energy flow and dynamics of all movements, balance, posture, movement sequences and breathing also became conscious.
There was intense work, learning and repetition and the dedicated group moved in the flow of Taiji.
